Noddfa is a Welsh word meaning refuge, a place of welcome and peace, a place where you can regain energy. We hope that all retreat attendees will experience this in the comfort of the house and the beauty of the surrounding hills and the sea. Open to a limited number of residential places and limited day tickets, this retreat is aimed at those who need to refresh, rejuvenate and replenish to feel invigorated and inspired.
