Just before New Year we recorded various tracks and one of our favourites is the very simple sufi chant, Jamil Allah.
'Jamil Allah' is a Sufi chant expressing the Sufi mystic's quest for the divine. "Jamil Allah, Jamil Allah, Ishq Allah Jamil." "Divine beauty, Divine beauty, I long for your beauty."
It is a beautiful chant and can be sung very slowly, like a lullaby.
This chant is one of the favourites at various festivals and workshops.
