We thought we would do an upload to celebrate both St. Valentine's and World Sound Healing days, so here is a version of Lou Reed's 'Perfect Day' combined with Sita Ram. Perfect Day comes from Lou's classic 1972, RCA album 'Transformer' which was produced by David Bowie and Mick Ronson. Sita Ram is a Hindu Mantra referring to the Hindu Goddess Sita and her husband Ram (or Rama). They are considered the perfect man and woman and hence the perfect couple. In yogic meditation, the yogi can invoke their qualities by chanting the 'Sita Ram' mantra.
