Sound Bath & Meditation - Glasgow G5

Sound Bath & Meditation  Tuesday, 22 October, 2024    7 pm to 8.15 pm 

St Francis Community Centre, 405 Cumberland St, Glasgow G5 0SE

Join June & Tom from eternal sea for this beautifully gentle sound bath and meditation.  Using gongs, harps, handpans, chimes, singing bowls, drums and guitars.  

Please bring something to lay on, a pillow and a cover. (Yoga mat, sleeping bag, duvet) or you can sit on a chair but please do bring a cover.  

Costs £10 (concessionary rate £5 available to seniors, people on benefits or carers)
