Sound Bath & Meditation - Stranraer

Join June and Tom for an hour-long sound bath and meditation session. We use a variety of beautiful instruments, including harps, gongs, singing bowls, handpans, ravs, guitars, chimes, sea drums, native drums, bodhrans, mbiras, shakers, kalimbas, and many other percussion instruments to cultivate a sense of peace and harmony.

Please bring something comfortable to lie on, a cover, and a pillow. Chairs will be provided, but please bring a cover to put over you.

Eyemasks will be provided if required.
